Mahashmashana is the brand new studio album by Father John Misty, aka Josh Tillman. It comes on the heels of 2024’s Greatish Hits… collection and the online explosion of his recently gold-certified hit single “Real Love Baby,” both of which earned Father John Misty droves of new fans in 2023 and 2024.
Mahashmashana is out on Friday, November 22 on CD and a limited Loser Edition LP on blue-mashup vinyl. This comes right after the new Greatish Hits compilation from last month, you may even recognize one of the songs from that compilation on this LP. We've seen Father John Misty's profile explode over the last couple of years from the continued rise of "Real Love Baby" and his feature with Lana Del Rey on "Let The Light In". Father John Misty, aka Josh Tillman, has also contributed to songs from Beyonce, Post Malone, Lady Gaga, and Khalid.
